Best experience ever. I came across TiamoGem Co’s video of the least durable ring styles on Tiktok and I immediately knew I wanted her to design my dream engagement ring. My now fiancé and I had been searching everywhere for months for the perfect ring but I was never in love with the options out there, they always had something I wanted to change. I am thrilled with my new diamond ring from Tiamo Gem Co.!!! I contacted them because, after 10 years of marriage, we thought it was a good time to upgrade my engagement ring. I was definitely nervous to purchase a ring online but the customer service has been incredible from start to finish! Tia was patient and understanding and quick to answer ALL of my questions and concerns! She made the process of designing my custom ring easy and enjoyable. She offered options and suggestions to ensure I got my dream ring that fit within our budget. I got to be involved with choosing my diamond and requesting changes or adjustments to the ring design before it was finalized (I did change my mind a few times 😅) Once we gave the go ahead on the final design, the ring was ready in only 2 weeks! (well ahead of the expected 4-6 weeks production time) The ring shipped FedEx Express and made it from Toronto to BC in just a couple days. And when I saw it in person for the first time, I think my jaw literally dropped!! The ring is absolutely Stunning! The diamond is so beautiful!! We went with a 2.10 carat oval lab diamond, F VVS2, with a 1.44 ratio, and a simple two tone cathedral solitaire setting. When I look down at my finger I still can't quite believe that diamond is Real and it's Mine! It's perfect ❤️❤️❤️
