Returns & Cancellations

All of our pieces are made-to-order, and we don’t accept cancellations after production begins. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a digital rendering within 7 days. If you’re unhappy with your design, you can make any necessary adjustments or request a partial refund for what you paid minus the cost of said rendering. 

Once you’ve approved the design, we cannot cancel your order.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your jewelry once you receive it and would like to return it, please contact us immediately to discuss any possible solutions we can provide to make you happy. If we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you may return the item within 60 days of the date you received it, as long as it is in its original packaging and has not been worn or used. Please note that a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. You will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us using the same method we used, and you will need to cover all shipping charges. We will issue a full refund (minus the restocking fee) once we receive the returned item in satisfactory condition.
